Kuta Dao Pagadian City – COL PATRICIO S TOMALES INF (GSC) PA, Group Commander, together with the officers, enlisted personnel, and dependents held a simple Christmas celebration on 15 December 2023 at Headquarters, 9RCDG, Kuta Dao Pagadian City.
The simple celebration was highlighted with a Thanksgiving Mass officiated by Rev. Father Archie Mariane, Bishop Clergy, of Pagadian City Dioceses. It has been the Unit’s tradition to celebrate Christmas by way of glorifying the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ, the source of blessings, guidance, and protection.
The whole day’s activity was packed with parlor games, and in the evening, a simple dinner was served, the Unit joined the entire RESCOM Family in a RESCOM-Wide GOT TALENT competition wherein 9RCDG was adjudged first runner-up.
In his message, COL TOMALES encouraged everyone to use their God-given responsibilities to help others, and be grateful for all the blessings that each and everyone received from God Almighty.
“We will continue to do our job as we are facing unsurmountable tasks for the year 2024. Let us always support RESCOM, Philippine Army, and we will always do our duty, and in the performance of these, let us always invoke the blessings of God.
