The Group administers twenty seven (27) activated and thirty five affiliated ROTC Units in the different Universities and Colleges in the area of operations with a total of 23, 624 enrolled cadets in the ROTC program for CY 23-24. Likewise, the unit facilitated the application of the eighty four (84) ROTC cadets from different ROTC Units in availing the Philippine Army Advance ROTC Cash Incentives (PAARCI) program wherein forty three (43) cadets were qualified.

The 9TH Regional Community Defense Group, Reserve Command, Philippine Army successfully conducted the ROTC Summer Camp Training (RSCT) Class 2023 and the Advance ROTC Academic Phase Training.
REGIONAL ANNUAL ADMINISTRATIVE TACTICAL INSPECTION
The successful conduct of RAATI 2023 in ROTCUs of different Universities and Colleges paves the way for the growth of the ROTC Program and development of the Reserve Force.
During the inspection, the cadets had manifested their acquired skills and abilities that are essential in their roles as citizen soldiers.
The number of ROTC Cadets could beef up the strength of the Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion in the entire Region to become a responsive and mobilizable force. No less than the land component command led the conduct of the RAATI. Inspecting Team from the 1st Infantry Division, PA chaired by the ADC for RRA, COL ANTONIO JOHN B DIVINAGRACIA MNSA PA evaluated the ROTC Units.
