On Stakeholder’s Engagement

RCDG highlighted the participation of the Reserve Force in various inter-agency activities. This results to establishing good rapport, coordination, and collaboration among stakeholders that gained LGU approval of the reservist’s activities, programs, and projects especially by the Provincial Government of Zamboanga Del Sur. Programs such as Special Basic Citizen Military Training (SBCMT) for 2023-2025, situational awareness among students and enhancement of intelligence capabilities among reservists have been incorporated in the peace and order and public safety plan of the province. These programs support both the Province of Zamboanga del Sur as well as to the peace and development campaign of the 1st Infantry (Tabak) Division of the Philippine Army.

Likewise, the enhancement of 9RCDG facilities such as the 200-capacity Student Mess Hall that is currently used in all unit trainings was constructed through material and manpower support from the different stakeholders, the construction of nine (9) water tanks, the Road Network of H9RCDG, the P10.4M DND-DPWH TIKAS PROJECT at 903CDC in Misamis Occidental, the P4M DND-DPWH TIKAS project at 902CDC in Zambo Norte, and the donation of parcel of land with mobilization center in Tungawan, Zamboanga sibugay were all products of an effective stakeholder’s engagement.
